What happens when someone visits me ?

It was almost a year since Ziggy had last visited me but it was so nice to see him again. I think that more than most he understands how much I enjoy doing what I do, hopefully he will also learn more about why that is so...
It is so nice to have someone visit who is happy to accept me and appreciate me.
One of the great things about being a Devadasi is that I can enjoy the sex and the people I met and I do not need to "pretend" that I enjoy what I do.
I think there are some people who are desperate for anything to do with paid sex to be sordid and they believe it is only supplied by emotionally disturbed women who actually hate the men they meet.
That is so unnecessary and such experiences are so often the result of internalized stigma and social constructed prejudice that are the demons that seem to haunt so many people involved in paid sex work.
I have noticed that it is often the most damaged and distraught who are so insistent that sex work must be emotionally destructive and who find my Devadasi lifestyle so offensive.
Being a Devadasi allows me a world view that legitimizes my sexual behaviour so I can enjoy myself without any sense of guilt or regret, it gives me the processes that allow me to genuinely have affection for the men I meet, and a lifestyle that allows me to live independently of South Asian patriarchy while yet maintaining a South Asian identity.
It is no wonder that the Devadasi were considered “auspicious” and were the envy of other South Asian women.
Devdasi or better known has "homely sex machine". Your sexual liberation is interesting, however to defend your slut fest as fragment of ancient indian palace revelry, is rather funny. In your mind you see yourself as an "auspicious" envied female. However, the truth is that men are horny bastards. The kings and rulers in ancient times were similar men, with similar needs. To justify their lust, they had not one but numerous wives and mistresses , aka devdasis. They were mere objects of lust, just like you are right now. Dont expect respect from others, because this society does not respect women who have sex with 100 men. So many men just can't past the physical sex and grasp how much more there is in the congress that can happen between men and women.

At a certain level of maturity of a person, this person does not care whether any random member of society thinks of her, but only what people think that she herself respects. The only contemptible person is a person who does contemptible things (like anonymously insulting someone). "Public opinion" does not enter the equation.
It is totally irrelevant what "other people think". Society at large is horrendously narrow-minded, egocentric, misinformed and barbaric - the cause of the mess the world is in now.
What counts is what each of us do to improve society. Kama uses her talents for the benefit of many, in an enlightened and liberated state. This can be hard to accept for those struggling to handle their own prejudice and frustations.
As to lust: Lust is evolutions' way of ensuring the survival of the species. You focus on lust and think it is bad. I suspect that many men do not visit her out of lust alone.
