Do you want act in films like Kasi, Sethu and Pithamagan? Or you want to do commercial films?
There is no mistake in doing commercial films. I am taking risk for doing various roles. If I go on acting in films like Kasi and Sethu, then my fans will get bored. So I want to different roles including commercial films.

Why your films always taking much time?
When I start to act in a film, I completely change as the character of the film. It is too difficult for me to come out of the character and act in other film in different character. So whenever I start to act for a film, I always think twice, before I act. Hence, there is always possibility of taking much time for every film in which I act.

People expect much from Kandasamy and it has been talked about widely?
I have done my role well. The character in this film is entirely different from that of other films. I have taken complete risk in the film.

We understand that you and director Ameer are jointly producing a film?
Soon the announcement about this will be made to all.

Please tell about some of the directors under whom you acted?
I must thank P.C.Sri Ram who alone made me as an actor. Director Bala made me to receive National Award. Director Tharani made me to appear in commercial film. Director Hari made me popular through Samy film.
