Soon Namitha will be seen on a reality show called Boys Vs Girls. The programme will be aired on the Vijaya TV channel. It is likely that Namitha would be appearing in the show with actor Srikanth.
Namitha is one actress who has been daring enough to dabble into TV despite having a roaring career as a leading lady in films, one wonders why is willing to do TV, in the prime of her career as an actress?
The apparent prime reason is that she is being paid a bomb of a price for this show and she is likely to make more money that doing a film, and the second reason is that Namitha looks at TV as a very good second career and she has plans to dabble into it full time in the following years.It is to be remembered that this actress was the highest paid Tamil television star when she was one of the judges in the dance programme Maanadu Mayiladu on Kalaignar TV. After the programme became popular she quit, because she felt that the price was not right!
Now after a year, Nami baby is making a comeback to television.
She and Srikanth are the Judges of Boys vs Girls reality show on Vijay TV, on Friday and Saturday 8 PM. The programme launched with 7 gorgeous girls and 7 dashing boys gearing up to face the big gender fight.
The buzz in Kollywood is that Namitha is being paid a whopping amount to participate as one of the judges in the programme.
