There was a time, that many who were working in the film industry bought their houses in T'Nagar area, for the area was once considered to be the Lal Bagh of Chennai. But, the director Bala wants to buy a house in T'Nagar and it seems, he had bought a big bungalow. Though his recent film, Naan Kadavul has not fetched enough money as was expected, it made many to accept the director's capability of narrating the story with the stupendous actions of Aarya.
