Mumbai model and Tamil films' - Gusti, Gajendra and Sorry Enakku Kalyanam Ayedichu fame Flora was arrested by the Chennai Royapettah police on the charges of submitting duplicate documents to get her US Visa from the Chennai US Consulate General Office. The actress has appeared in some Telugu and Hindi films.
According to the police, the actress and her make-up lady and friend Sri Latha to the US Consulate Office to get visas for their trip to the USA. While verifying the documents, the Consulate officials noticed that the documents submitted by them were found to be false and bogus. On questioning the actress by the US embassy officials, there answers too found to be false. The officials immediately rang up to the Royapettah police station and handed over them.
Both the actress and her friend were confined on a 15-day judicial custody.
