Riyaz Khan and Mafia Sasi are good friends working in Navy. Mafia's three younger sisters are brought up by his father who is retired from services. Mafia Sasi falls into sea from the ship in a drunken status and dies. Though Riyaz is in no way responsible, he takes that he was alone responsible for the death of Mafia Sasi. He resigns the job and goes to the house of Sasi to help them out. There he finds Mafia Ravi's sister Mega Nair and falls in love with her. Mega refuses to continue her love with Riyaz on coming to know that Riyaz alone was responsible for her brother Mafia's death. She refuses to continue her love and the story goes in awry.

This is the first film for Riyaz Khan as hero. As a hero he possesses all ingredients in making love with Mega Nair. Mega Nair also excels in her acting. She has showed her excellent in acting though she is in very much love with Riyaz she pretends as if she is not liking him. Mafia Sasi though comes in a few scene he occupies the minds of the viewers. Sham's music and Camera of Venkatesh add beauty to the film.

Totally the film is good.
