Playback Singer Mano who has been in the field of music for over 25 years and lent his voice in 20,000 songs in all languages is turning as music director through the Telugu film Somberi. Sorna Nithula, a lyricist, is directing the film. Says Mano, " Any one can understand the lines of the lyrics in my music direction. I won't allow the music overlap the lines of songs". When coming to know about Mano's interest in music direction, many more producers have come forward to music direct for their films and Mano has entered into agreement for music directing three Telugu films.
"I want compose for Tamil film songs too. When this Telugu film's cassette is released, I hope I may be able to get chances in Tamil" says Mano
